Remodeling vs selling a home

With the housing market the way it is these days, many of us are considering remodeling our homes to bring them up to our present day needs rather than selling.

We are remodeling our house and need another bathroom. I have been looking at vessel sinks and have decided that that is just the look I want in our new bathroom. Our home is old and really lends itself to that farmhouse look. When we get around to redoing the kitchen, that's the feeling that I am going to strive for. That look that conjures up smells of bread in the oven and apple pie warming on the window ledge. Ah, I can just smell that pie. Can't you?
